What makes your products unique?
Our products are spoon fed a specific nutrient solution, which gives them maximum flavor! You will never eat plain old Iceberg lettuce again! Plants are harvested with the roots on, which results in a longer shelf life (in some cases up to 3 weeks if stored properly). And since they are grown in a water/nutrient solution, there is no dirt to wash off!
Do you offer tours?
Yes, but please call first to schedule a time! We would love to show you around, but we are a working farm and do have extremely busy days! We've offered tours for all ages. Tours typically last 30-60 minutes depending on the group size and interest.
Do you grow year around?
Yes, we do! We plant and harvest every week. However, we rely on natural sunlight, so we can't produce as much in the winter due to shorter daylength and longer harvest intervals. Some of our products are seasonal. Basil is grown only during warmer months, while spinach and arugula are only grown in cooler months.
